2. Products & Customization

  • Pre-Made Designs: Our catalog includes pre-made designs which may be purchased as-is or customized upon request.
  • Custom Orders: We accept custom requests for clothing designs. This includes changes to text, graphics, placement, and color (where applicable).
  • Design Approval: For fully custom designs or significant modifications to pre-made styles, we will provide a digital mock-up for approval before production begins.

3. Order Process

  • Placing an Order: Orders can be placed through our website. Please ensure all details (size, customization notes, etc.) are correct before checkout.
  • Production Time: Custom orders typically require 3-5 business days to process before shipping. This may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
  • Changes After Order: Minor edits may be allowed within 24 hours of order placement. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in [GBP/USD/AED].
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
  • We accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal as payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time will be provided at checkout. Custom items may take longer.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the provided email.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • All custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
