Custom Orders
All customized and personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable.
Please take a moment to carefully review spelling, sizing, and design details before confirming your order — we create exactly what you request.
Pre-Made Designs
Pre-made designs are also crafted with care. While we offer customization options for these, once they’ve been customized, they’re treated as custom orders and follow the same refund policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a production issue, we're here to make it right!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Incorrect Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item — our sincerest apologies!
Let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, production begins and we’re unable to cancel the order.
Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
